Maxus Motor is a professional supplier of kinds of ATVs, UTVs and motorcycles as well as relevant services, with over ten years exporting experience to countries and regions all over the world.

I) Maxus Warranty:
Our warranty is named as Maxus Warranty under our brand name, which has two grades for our standards customers and upgraded customers respectively.
Warranty period: One year warranty for all of our products;
Coverage: Warranty covering all defects in material and workman craft, excluding certain easily wearable parts, such as vehicle cover, wheels and tires, bulbs, seal cushion etc;
Parts delivery: As for our upgraded customers, parts locally stocked in our warehouse or logistics center will be delivered within 2 working days after warranty matter confirmed; and other parts not stocked locally will be delivered by air within 5 working days after.

II) Aftersale Support:
Technical support: Service representative is assigned to be in charge of a certain region; all your technical questions will be replied within 2 hours our working time; Enduser's feedback: Endusers of our products have alternative ways to submit any feedback: website, email, any messenger or phone call; all questions and problems from endusers we will answer and solve together with our dealers;

III) Shipment:
We will provide with shipment to your door if you wish; no extra cost will be charged in each shipment besides the total cost quoted right from forwarder.

IV) Global Marketing under Uniform Brand Image:
We aim at establishing a uniform brand image over the world, not only in our products, but also in our marketing and services.

V) Marketing & Sales Support:
We offer strong support as in marketing materials supply, homepage setup and franchised stores under uniform brand VI system;
